Working with start-ups – mostly bio-tech and med-tech – for more than 15 years, and having run and sold my own venture, I love the process from idea generation to creating the best product / service that meets consumers expectations while still carrying the genes of the original concept. Having played on both sides of the fence, and having seen myself and others both succeed and making less than optimal decisions, I hope I understand the difficulties start-ups face and am able to make them achieve their targets quicker.
